I love the piano and sweet high voices coming from this family band. I have seen them live a couple of times and they sound just as good live as they do on their cd's. I included 3 videos, some new songs, some old. Hope you like them!

Music Monday - Kate Nash

I like her quirky song lyrics, her British accent and her retro inspired music. I think her videos are kinda funny too. 

Music Monday - Mae

I absolutely love mae! I even walked down the aisle at my wedding to one of there songs, The Sun and the Moon. I love piano and love how it is strong instrument used in every song. It is even better live because they mix it up a bit and add more random piano rifts that are just beautiful! Unfortunately, they went on haitus in 2010, but I still love thier music and wanted to share.

Music Monday - Gungor

Gungor is one of my newest favorite bands, even thought they have been around for a while now and I just recently heard about them just a few months ago. I love this worship band! Their music makes my heart so happy and really helps me feel connected to God through worship. 

This video is an acoustic set in the forest. So simple and so perfect!

Music Monday - Augustana

I saw this band many many years ago. They were opening for some other band I originally intended to go see. This band came as such a sweet surprise for my ears! I fell in love with them and immediately bought there cd and some merch at their table. I then bought there next cd that came out a couple years later. I know they are still around and just came out with a new cd last year that I have yet to listen to... so this post will just show the songs I am familiar with. I am definitely going to have to check out the newest cd.

Music Monday - Copeland

I have been listening to Copeland since I was 18 and let me tell you I still love the melodic and angelic voice. We even use many of there songs on Chloe's playlist for lullabies. Her absolute fave song for us to sing to her is "brightest" and I know we will be singing that to Emery too.

Now I am sure most of you have heard of Regina Spektor. She has got to be one of my fave female artist, hands down. I absolutely love her crazy lyrics and beautiful sound. James loves her too! I hope you all end up to love her just as much!
